Our attorneys had an alleged last will and testament “thrown out” by the court, due to serious questions about the legitimacy of the document and the mental capacity of the individual making the will. This resulted in our client- who was to receive nothing under the alleged will- ultimately receiving more than 50% of a valuable estate.
Our aggressive maneuvering in discovery yielded evidence that doomed the alleged will, including records, photos, and videos of the testator’s confused and dire condition at the time the alleged will was signed. We also established through testimony and other evidence that the document was drafted and presented by the primary beneficiary, who had isolated the dying individual in their home.
